Apartment/house for rent

I’m a decent 19 year old looking for a apartment or house to rent for 2-4 months just to sleep in during the day because I mostly work in the middle of the night till the afternoon. it would be great if it was pet friendly as I have a husky to keep me company and some of the utilities are included. I will take anything I can get
